Who designed it?

The promo was edited and designed by Jasmine DeFoore in Austin Texas. The finished piece is a 20-page zine that measures 6x9 with the cover image wrapping around the back.

Who printed it?

Modern Postcard printed them.

About the images?

The idea of the promo was to highlight my corporate, editorial and advertising portraiture work. I pulled a wide selection of my photos and Jasime dug in on the promo edit while at the same time working on a new edit for my website. SO the timing also felt right with this one.

How many were printed?

I had 500 promos printed. About 350 were mailed out and I kept the other 150 to use as leave-behinds.

How often are printed promos sent out?

I try to get two printed promos out each year.

Does marketing with printed-promos work?

I'm not sure but they sure are fun to build When I see my work displayed in this way it energizes me, it gets me excited and I want to talk about it. Honestly, I feel like printed promos are just a piece of what works in my marketing. It's followed by many other ways of getting my name out there and being remembered.
